
Move Better, Feel Better, Live Better

As an adult I struggled with weight and all the mixed signals related to weight and diet. The extra pounds especially around my stomach was something I wanted to improve. I did 2 different small group meetings over several weeks, in addition to meeting individually with Erin. Erin was willing to handle questions on all matters of diet and offer informational support for things like brands of food and online providers that have better quality products.
I saw the most benefits from cutting off my eating after dinner and having at least 3 hours of fasting before bedtime. This was hard for me and I do not do it perfectly, but even my attention to it has worked to drop weight, help with sleep and better prepare me for morning workouts. Protein is a big deal and I was not getting enough. With Erin’s guidance, I now incorporate protein not just in my meals, but also in my snacks. Immediately, I had decreased appetite and less desire for carbs.
Because I love to eat, I was happy to follow her advice on doing 30 different vegetables and some fruits and other unprocessed foods, every week. My fiber intake has increased which I’m sure has helped lower my A1C levels along with everything else. In fact, my last levels were in the completely normal range and soon I hope to be off all my type 2 diabetic medications.
These are the best advances I have ever had in my life with nutrition and this all thanks to Erin and her high knowledge and support on my nutrition journey.
